Hot Vanilla

Ingredients:

¾ cup skim milk

2 teaspoons Splenda 

(no-calorie sweetener, granular)

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions:

1.  Heat milk until just below boiling point.

2.  Stir in Splenda and vanilla.  Serve immediately.
