Potato Salad

Provided by John Stewart, owner of Stew's Bar and Grille, corner of Smith Valley Road and State Road 135 in White River Township.

Instructions: Cook as many red potatoes as you will need, then quarter them with the skin on. Add mayonnaise (the real stuff), chopped egg, a little mustard, a little white vinegar, crumbled bacon, green onions and a little sugar to taste. Add more of what you like, and use less of what you don’t.
