- 1 pound seasoned waffle fries
- 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato
- ½ cup red onions
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 ounce sliced black olives
- 1 ounce sliced jalapenos
Dice and mix tomato and onions and set aside. Fry waffle fries until golden brown. Place fries in oven-safe dish and top with the shredded cheeses. Sprinkle with tomato & onion mixture. Top with olives and jalapenos. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts and turns light brown. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
