Blue Raspberry Jello Shots

Instructions: Mix a large box of Jello with 16 oz. of boiling water until powder dissolves. Add 6 oz. of cold water and 10 oz. of raspberry vodka. Poor the mixture into shot glasses or Dixie cups and chill
