Marinated Chicken Thighs

Provided by John Stewart, owner of Stew’s Bar and Grille, corner of Smith Valley Road and State Road 135 in White River Township.

Instructions: Marinate chicken thighs in a mixture of Italian dressing and Teriyaki sauce overnight, then grill. Thighs cook up much juicier than chicken breast, so Stewart recommends that you don’t substitute the healthier alternative.
