Place the duck breasts in a baking dish. Mix a can of cranberry sauce with a pack of brown gravy mix; add just a little red cooking wine, and pour mixture over the breasts. Top with a sprinkle of fresh mint, and bake at 375 for about an hour. Serve over a bed of wild rice.
“You can do the same thing, only use a jar of apple sauce with the brown gravy mix, or a can of orange juice concentrate with a little orange marmalade and brown gravy mix.”
