Hot Vanilla

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda
  • (no-calorie sweetener, granular)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Heat milk until just below boiling point.
  2. Stir in Splenda and vanilla.  Serve immediately.
