
- 12 bamboo skewers
- 2 fresh raw chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking sheet with nonstick spray.
Cut each chicken breast into six strips and skewer on bamboo skewers and set aside.
Melt butter with fresh minced garlic. In bowl mix remaining ingredients well. Soak chicken skewers in garlic butter. Place soaked skewers into breading, put on prepared cooking sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
